Terms and acceptable use
CRYA Terms of Use
The operating rules for using CRYA public pages, Livingstone Toolkit surfaces, creator workflows, Boot Store discovery, community support, and account features.
Policy summary
CRYA Terms of Use
CRYA is a Samsung-focused boot animation ecosystem. Users and creators are responsible for lawful content, accurate metadata, safe device choices, and respectful community behavior.
Back up devices, understand root/system risk, and follow compatibility notes before modifying boot media.
Only upload or submit packs, artwork, logos, and previews that you own or have permission to use.
Premium, clean export credits, and paid store packs are separate entitlements with separate support paths.
Do not use CRYA services for spam, malware, harassment, fraud, evasion, or unauthorized access.
| Premium | Premium may unlock advanced tools, templates, or an ad-free workspace while active. Subscription wording must stay separate from one-time clean exports. |
|---|---|
| Clean exports | Clean export credits are one-time watermark-free export entitlements and should not be described as Premium. |
| Boot Store | Public store pages are discovery and app handoff surfaces. App-side paid digital items should use Google Play Billing where required. |
| Creator submissions | CRYA may review, reject, pause, remove, or request evidence for submissions that are unsafe, misleading, infringing, low quality, or incompatible. |
| Support | Refund, account, billing, moderation, and private support questions should use protected support channels, not public community messages. |
Workflow
What happens in practice
This makes the policy operational for users, creators, support, and Play review.
Build or submit work you have the right to share.
Use honest compatibility, device, version, and access labels.
Expect moderation and quality checks before public store visibility.
Use support routes for private or billing issues.
Follow updated docs, policy notes, and release safety guidance.
Review note
Keep policy evidence current
Before Play Store submissions, billing launches, ads changes, or major app updates, recheck current platform policies and update this page if behavior changed.
Public policy and account requests should route through support@crya.pt so private details stay out of community threads.
Private account, billing, moderation, and deletion handling belongs in CRYA Mission Control with role checks and audit records.
Use /privacy, /terms, /delete-account, and /disclaimer in app About screens, bot link replies, footer links, and Play Console fields.
