Delete Your CRYA Account
Account deletion should be available from the app account area when implemented and through support@crya.pt as a fallback. CRYA should verify account ownership before deleting account-linked records.
Use the account/profile area in Livingstone Toolkit when the deletion action is available.
Send the account email, provider, Telegram username if linked, and a clear deletion request to support@crya.pt.
Security, abuse, billing, audit, or legal records may be retained where required or necessary.
Approved creator packs or public submissions may need separate creator/support review before removal.

CRYA removes or anonymizes account-linked data where possible.

Before Play Store submissions, billing launches, ads changes, or major app updates, recheck current platform policies and update this page if behavior changed.
Public policy and account requests should route through support@crya.pt so private details stay out of community threads.
Private account, billing, moderation, and deletion handling belongs in CRYA Mission Control with role checks and audit records.
Use /privacy, /terms, /delete-account, and /disclaimer in app About screens, bot link replies, footer links, and Play Console fields.
