Livingstone Boot Toolkit is provided by Crystal Aether Networks. This notice summarizes the privacy choices available to users in the European Union, EEA, United Kingdom, and other regions with similar privacy rights.
Data Controller
Crystal Aether Networks controls the app account records needed to provide Telegram, Google, email, and guest access, export limits, purchase status, support, abuse prevention, and admin moderation.
Legal Bases
- Contract and service delivery: account access, export limits, purchases, and support.
- Legitimate interests: fraud prevention, app security, diagnostics, crash investigation, and service reliability.
- Consent or permission where required: notifications, advertising choices provided by Google, and account/data requests.
- Legal obligation: records required for tax, payment, compliance, or lawful requests.
Your Rights
- Request access to personal data connected to your Telegram or guest account.
- Request correction of inaccurate account data.
- Request deletion of account data where retention is no longer required.
- Request restriction or objection to certain processing where applicable.
- Request a portable copy of account data where applicable.
How to Exercise Rights
Use the in-app Account menu to delete your app account when logged in. You can also use the account deletion request page. For other requests, contact support through the CRYA Networks Telegram group and include your app account ID, Telegram ID, or email account reference so the correct app record can be located.
Third-Party Processing
The app uses Firebase, Google Play Billing, Google AdMob, Firebase Cloud Messaging, and Firebase Crashlytics. These services process data to operate login, purchases, ads, notifications, analytics, and crash diagnostics.
