Account Deletion

Livingstone Boot Toolkit users can delete their app account and associated app account data from inside the Android app, or request deletion through support.

Delete In The App

Open Livingstone Boot Toolkit.
Log in with the Telegram, Google, email, or guest account you want to delete.
Open Account.
Choose Delete account data and confirm.

Request Deletion Without The App

If you cannot access the app, contact support through https://t.me/CRYANetworks and include your app account ID, Telegram ID, or email account reference. Do not share payment card details or private Google account passwords.

What Is Deleted

Account deletion removes app account records, session records, stored export limits, device metadata associated with the app account, notification token links, and support/admin metadata where deletion is legally and technically possible.

What May Be Retained

Some purchase, security, abuse-prevention, crash, analytics, and legal records may be retained where required for fraud prevention, accounting, Play Billing verification, dispute handling, or legal compliance. These records are minimized and retained only as needed.
